When we suspect or it is evident that someone has had a fecal matter or vomit accident in any part of the Water Park pool, follow the procedures listed below:

- Immediately clear the whole swimming pool.

- If the matter is solid and confined to a particular area, get the net and remove the matter.

- If the matter is spread widely throughout the pool (diarrhea), use net to try and gather what you can. If you cannot remove all the matter with the net, the sweeper will need to be used to remove it. The pool will be closed until OK’d by a manager to open again (this could take several hours).

- Once/if the matter is removed from the pool, the section where the matter was found will need to be shocked if the CL reading in that section is below 2.0. If the area is shocked, that area must remain closed for no less than 20 minutes.

- The section of the pool cannot be reopened until a pool reading of 2.0 or higher of CL in the affected area is reached.

********* THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED DUE TO FECAL OR VOMIT ACCIDENTS IN THE POOL. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE *****************
