Rules and Regulations (Posted in the Water Park)
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool. Cut-offs and thong bathing suits are not permitted.
Profanity will not be tolerated and the offender will be immediately expelled from the Water Park for the day. Three offenses and offender will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
Diving is permitted in designated area.
White T-shirts are permitted in the water for sunburn protection only when worn with appropriate swimming attire.
Running, dunking, horseplay are not permitted within the Water Park.
Smoking, smokeless tobacco, and alcohol are NOT permitted in the Water Park.
Rest breaks will be the last 15 minutes of each hour. Adults may swim with their children (3 years and under). All others must clear the pool area.
Coolers are permitted in the Water Park.
Plastic containers are allowed in the Water Park. Glass and aluminum containers are not permitted.
Place all trash in the receptacles provided.
The Water Park Staff is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or unattended items.
Animals and/or pets are not permitted except seeing-eye dogs and K-9 officers.
The City of Uhrichsville and the Water Park Management and Staff are not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage in connection with the use of the Water Park.
Other General Rules and Regulations
All patrons must pay or scan their membership card at the front desk prior to admittance.
Violation of general rules or any conduct that may endanger or impair the safety of anyone may be cause for permanent expulsion from the Water Park at the discretion of the manager without refund of fees.
The Water Park may close at the discretion of the manager for times of cool or rainy weather or any other conditions considered unsafe such as lightning, thunder, or rain or if there are less than 20 customers at the Water Park.
Children under 9 years of age must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an individual 15 years of age or older.
Children ages 5 and under must have an adult (18 or over) within arms reach at all times.
Young children in diapers must use swim diapers in the pool.

Any person having an infectious disease or open sore may be refused admission to the Water Park at the discretion of the manager.
Spectators must pay full admission price.
Personal music devices are not permitted. IPODs are authorized.
Patrons are permitted to bring their own life vest (must be U.S. Coast Guard approved) for use at the Water Park. Water noodles and inner tubes are not permitted.

Daily admission fees are for one day. Hands will be stamped for re-entry that same day should you choose to depart.
Water Park rules will be amended when deemed advisable for the protection of the health, safety, and enjoyment of all patrons.
Restroom Rules
Children 4 years of age and older must use the gender appropriate restroom or be supervised in the family changing rooms.
Discipline Policy
Any patron abusing the rules of the Water Park will be disciplined by using the “three strikes, you’re out” rule!
1st Offense – Warning
2nd Offense – 1-3 Day suspension from the Water Park. Letter sent home to parents.
3rd Offense – Suspended from the Water Park for the remainder of the season.
Waterslide Rules
Persons must go down the slide feet first either seated or lying or their back.
Floats, masks, eyeglasses are not permitted to be worn down the slide.
Climbing up any slides is prohibited.
After entering the flumes, stopping is not permitted.
Rider must exit slide pool immediately.
Rider must be 48” inches tall unless accompanied by an adult on the tube slide.
Spinning or tumbling while riding the slide is not permitted.
Only one person is allowed down the body slide at a time.
Return tubes to the tube coral upon exiting the water.
